Kyle Christensson
About
Kyle Christensson hails from Edmonton, AB but now resides in Vancouver, BC since 2000. He studied accounting but found very little interest in pursuing a career in that particular field. Kyle started writing in a journal when he moved to Vancouver and since then his creative mind flowed into the pages and found himself writing poetry.
in November of 2004 a trip to Hawaii for a Poetry Reading, Kyle’s poem ‘Embracing the beauty of life’ was highly praised by a local Hawaiian for his spiritual intuition. Kyle is considered to be Hawaiian in Canadian skin. Kyle represented Poetry Around the World at ‘The Summer Dream Arts and Literary Festival’ in 2007 and 2008 and has read from his work at a number of venues in Vancouver, Burnaby, Port Moody and New Westminster .
